A. Finish code so my hazard reporting results match
those from Atacs (except for monotonicity checks).
Status: Edge coloring issues need to be fixed / understood. Front burner.
B. Code to do monotonicity checks.

C. Code to update the arrival times at the
inputs.
Status: Middle burner.
D. Code to do timed hazard checking with
level-based events.

E. Code to output warning about timing issues.

Status: Coding done but memory still leaking badly. Back burner.
